1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of services provided by Luna Dreams Limited, a graphic design company offering branding and marketing services. By engaging with our website or commissioning any of our services, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

 

2. Services Provided

Luna Dreams Limited specializes in graphic design and brand marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Website Creation and Management: Design, development, and ongoing maintenance of websites.

• Logo Design: Custom logos designed to reflect your brand identity.

• 2D and 2.5D Posters: Graphic design services for posters and promotional materials.

• Advert Design: Creating digital and print advertisements.

• Video Editing: Editing and creating promotional videos or other video content.

We reserve the right to amend or update our list of services at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website.

 

3. Agreement

Upon engaging Luna Dreams Limited for services, a contract outlining the specific terms, scope of work, and pricing will be provided for each project. The Client agrees to review, sign, and return the contract before work commences. The agreement will cover:

• Scope of Work: Detailed description of the services we will provide.

• Project Timelines: Estimated timelines for completion.

• Payment Terms: Agreed payment structure for the services provided (e.g., upfront deposits, final payment upon completion).

 

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as outlined in the contract. Generally, the following payment structure applies:

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to commence work on your project. This deposit is typically 50% of the total project cost, unless otherwise specified.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to the final delivery of the project.

• Late Payments: A late fee of 6% may be applied for overdue payments.

All payments must be made through the payment methods specified in the contract. Luna Dreams Limited reserves the right to halt or delay work on any project if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule.

 

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of Work: Upon final payment, the Client will own the rights to the completed work, including designs, logos, websites, videos, etc., as specified in the contract. Luna Dreams Limited retains the right to display the work in our portfolio or use it for promotional purposes.

• License for Use: For any third-party assets or resources used in the work (such as stock photos or fonts), the Client will be granted a license to use the materials for the intended purpose. These licenses are non-transferable and limited to the Client's use.

• Pre-existing Materials: Any materials, designs, or concepts created before the project or outside of the project scope remain the property of Luna Dreams Limited unless otherwise agreed.

 

6. Revisions and Approvals

• Revisions: The Client is entitled to six revisions during the project. Any additional revisions outside of the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges.

• Approval: Once the Client approves a deliverable, the project will be considered complete, and no further changes will be made without a new agreement.

 

7. Confidentiality

Luna Dreams Limited agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding the Client’s business information, branding, and other sensitive materials shared during the course of the project. Likewise, the Client agrees not to disclose any confidential information about Luna Dreams Limited's proprietary processes or designs without prior written consent.
